I'm wondering if I should let my bro ride my board...Has anyone experienced a board breaking because of a rider heavier than the manufacturers suggested weight?

My brother weighs 225 and I thought the board was rated up to ~190.

It shouldn't be to much of a problem, I don't think he'll break it. But remember you can still break a board even if your under the limit. I would let him use it, unless he was using it all the time, and going big. then make him get his own board. But it shouldn't be a problem.

I watched a thing on tv once and they were trying to break a wakeboard. they drove cars over it, had people drop kick it, hit it with hammers, throw it around, it wouldn't break. If it can stand that kind of hell, your fatty brother should be ok for it. I wouldn't sweat it.
