Is it normal for the gell coat to crack out around screw holds when just 2 years old. One side of my ride, the gell coat is cracking on each of the screw holds that holds the wind shield down.

I would not say it is normal, but it is fairly common. Most gel cracks from flexing stress, other causes can be installation problems, and improperly drilling of holes. Repair is not real expensive however if the source of flexing is not corrected the repair will not last. Most manufactures only warrent gel-cracks for 1 year. They are not considered part of the life-time hull warrenty.

This really should not be happening and is relatively expensive to fix...

Gel coat cracking is the result of excess stress in an area, be that from excess loads or excess flexing.

I'd suspect that the screws holding your windscreen are either too tight, the holes too small or a bigger structural issue.

My advice would be to speak with your dealer about it, if this is a premium brand boat I would not accept it and insist a repair is carried out; even if you have to pay a surveyor to confirm why the cracks are appearing.

Whilst not generally a lead on to structural instability, gel coat cracking is unsightly, not great for resale and will only get worse over time unless repaired... the sooner the better.

No worries scoot it's covered under warranty, but it's not normal.

It is a 06 V-ride, I am the second owner and the gell coat warranty ran out in april. I took it in for 2 cracks and they will repair them this fall but notice multiple more after boating this year. Not sure what to do. Will call dealer in morning and see what they say.

If your dealer says they will repair under warrenty I would ask for that in writing. In a previous boat dealer repaired after the first season, sent boat back to factory after 2nd season, after the 3rd season they said it was my fault for overloading the boat and would not help repair.
