This really should not be happening and is relatively expensive to fix... Gel coat cracking is the result of excess stress in an area, be that from excess loads or excess flexing. I'd suspect that the screws holding your windscreen are either too tight, the holes too small or a bigger structural issue. My advice would be to speak with your dealer about it, if this is a premium brand boat I would not accept it and insist a repair is carried out; even if you have to pay a surveyor to confirm why the cracks are appearing. Whilst not generally a lead on to structural instability, gel coat cracking is unsightly, not great for resale and will only get worse over time unless repaired... the sooner the better.
