Wakeboarding Momma!

Well, it's been about 20 years or more since my mom waterskiied. It took some convincing but I finally got her strapped to a wakeboard. She got up on her second try and stayed up for her third. We took her out again last weekend and she improves every time. Only once has she actually fallen (first face plant) and that was charging the wake to make it back to the middle.

She is so excited about it that she can't wait to do it again.

57 years old and still going strong. Way to go MOM!!!

My mom will be 56 this weekend and we got her up on the wakeboard for the first time a couple of weeks ago. She was very excited.

that's so great! looks like she's having a blast! i think the only thing my mom ever tried was riding a little Honda MC ... right down the hill in the backyard, thru the flower garden, and into the fence!
