Ok so I finally remembered to take pics of my Make A Wake Install. Only have a few but please feel free to ask any questions. Sorry I am not a professional photographer. There is also a pic of two people standing on the ski deck with the system full and 6 people in the boat. It is a 99 205V/xstar thing a ma jig.

Not pictured: I installed a T valve so that the center sac and the front integrated bow sac fill off the same pump but can be isolated also

750s in the rear lockers, center tube sac, integrated bow sac all pro x series plus 6 people.

Sorry I don't have any good pics of the wake but I can tell you this we were flying effortlessly.

Preston, nice job, you have a seriously slammed 205V. You may need to add some support to the engine dividers to keep them from bowing into the exhaust manifold. P-hat has a nice write-up on how he did just that.

Yeah...can see the divider wall melt marks from your manifold. I don't know if it puts too much stress on your manifolds but I didn't want to risk it. '99 has one piece hatch with no bracing running from stern to back of rear seat, right?

The exhaust is water jacketed, and shouldn't be getting hot enough to melt anything.. Point in fact it should be "hot" to the touch, but you should be able to keep your hand on it for a couple seconds.

Interesting install on the supports for the divider wall! :-)

Well the 99 does not have the support posts so I need another idea for the divider walls. The pumps are Jabsco Ballast Puppy pumps. Those are the 750s they were full. Center sac 350ish plus the front bow sac around 350ish as well. So around 2200LBS total water plus 6 adults ranginf from 260 - 110. Definately had a little hard time getting to speed but the 330 HP Chevrolet Engine did the trick......eventually. What we usually do is to get on plane I get a few floaters to move to the front and then once on plane they come to the back.

Preston, I'm making a custom pylon for the catalina ski race this week, and unfortunately leaving for Alaska on Friday (not returning till the following friday).

If you need some help constructing a support system for your divider walls.. Then hit me up and I'd be happy to build something for ya when I get back. I couldn't imagine the total cost being more then a couple hundred dollars, and it'll all be one off custom billet parts for your boat.
