So in an earlier thread I told you guys I was thinking of buying myself a gift. I was asking for suggestions on what board I should get myself. I finally made the order and it just came in!!!! I ordered the Slingshot Response with some Pb Floyeds. Im stoked and cannot wait to hit the water. The main reason I really need this for myself is because I need new school supplies for next semester . I attend Texas State in San Marcos and I'm taking wakeboarding as a class!!!! Every friday I HAVE to attend Texas Ski Ranch for a grade. Im pretty stoked for this semester and my new board and just thought I would post a thread about it.
Thanks to anyone who gave their impute earlier, now I am riding slingshot

It is cold on the other side of the Texas/Arkansas border, and I am quite jelous that you not only get to ride, but it is a credit.

Have fun in class!

Yeah its pretty legit. Its only a one credit hour class but I'm still going to make sure a get an A.

BTW I molded my boots in the oven last night, now they fit perfect. I was a little worried because I thought the boots might be too small. I ordered a size 13 (which is the largest size) and my toes were right up to the end. So I pulled them out of the oven and stuffed paper in the toe box and it stretched them out and gave me a little extra toe room. Very pleased to say the least

Its an easy A and a ton of fun. I did it the first year they offered it. My only complaint was that they didnt offer a second level class! It would be cool to get graded on progression in an upper level class. I took it back when I still lived in campus, its funny looking back on how I would have to walk through the middle of campus to the parking garage carrying my board! Only at TXST!

Yeah I did that a lot this semester. The best time was when it was raining and we decided to go ride. So we walked through the middle of campus in wetsuits with boards in the rain to LBJ lot.
