I have always been a hyperlite fan but am slowly converting over to Liquid Force. A whiile back I had some problems with some LF bindings and the guys never hesitated on exchanging. Didn't ask for anything back just sent the new stuff on the way. All I had to do was send a pic of the defect. I just purchased a 09 Lyman the other day and had a problem with one the fins being stripped out. Just like before LF stood by their product and sent new ones out the same day. Just wanted to say good job LF and keep up the good work.

Hey wondering who you talked to and how you got a hold of them. My bindings just ripped and need to contact them. I love the bindings. I have pictures of the ripped bindings to show them.
