So i was reading the topic of Brandon Kee, and thought by myself.. Are there more young people (below 20) that own their OWN. (so you did pay and worked for it, no not your daddy)

Just wondering. Is their some kind of boat drivers license in america? Or a minimum age to be a boat driver?
In the Netherlands you have to be 18 and get your boat drivers license (tough exam sure it is.)
