That Belmont/motive is a still my favorite board for learning new tricks. It's super consistent and predictable off the wake. I keep one in a 144 on the boat at all times.
Where did you get that foam from? I might be starting a wakeskate project in the near future and want to use foam. I can't find any that looks that sturdy.
These boards look like the mid 90's when everyone was hackin there old boards into make shift skates. Then Thomas saved us all. U guys are weird, just use a wakeskate.
I don't know about the wakeskates though. I feel like a wakeboard (without bindings) tracks better and more comparable for when you try the actual trick on your wakeboard (attached). However though I don't feel the need to put these traction pads on any of my boards. I just wear my wakeskate shoes and that seems to work fine?
wakeskates dont track nearly as well. and i use the traction pads so i can go directly to the wakeboard. plus i dont own a wakeskate or skate shoes. @jim thanks for your kind donation!!
