is this a good boat for right price?

My old neighbor is selling his boat, and I was just curious if it is priced right. His description is this

"2003 Ski Centurion, 22 foot V-drive Merc. Stalk center ballast, rear ballast added, hydraulic wake plate added, perfect pass added, 12" JL Audio W-7 with 1000 watt amp, 4 pair polk momo in towers cans, 4pair polk momos in the boat, huge amp, 2 batteries. Boat is yellow outside with checkers downt the side. Light gray and yellow interior, open bow, rap around couch. new prop, new belts, all liquids changed every 30 hours, oil, tranny, vdrive oil. very clean, matching dual axle trailer. Custom Cover, 160 hours."

I've been out on it a few times and he is very well kept. He cleans this thing literally after every use, I've help him. But I was just curious if it is priced right or what would be better for 30k?
