I just called to make a service appointment for my X-2 and heard some very good news. Curt Connor is the new service manager. Every time I've had service needs in the past, Curt has been fantastic. So now I'm super happy to hear he's managing the service department, and I'm super happy for Curt. This is great news for us MC owners in the Seattle area.
yeah, stay tuned Cope's knows their weaknesses and is trying to strengthen those areas. They have been making many changes over the last couple of months.
It takes a long time to see any significant changes in a large corporation and it's nice to see they are always trying to improve. They are spread so far from NorCal to Reno to Wa and that was bound to take some time to get adjusted and work on the things are difficult. Good for them
this is good news. i'm really hoping things turn around there as I really want to buy a MC down the road and have heard a few horror stories from newer MC owners
