My friend has a 2002 Super Air Nautique 210 Team Edition and we're trying to figure out how much the stock ballast weighs. He has two tanks in the back and one in the front.

Best estimate is 850 pounds. This will change slightly depending on the year and configuration. Some boats came with "flat" tanks while others came with "wedge" style tanks. The "wedge" style tanks hold slightly more water.

520 lb for the wedge tanks & 300lb for the center

So each rear tank is only 260 pounds?

Yes, They are not that big..Remember that we are talking 2002, not 2012. Thats why so many people swap the hard tanks for bags or do a piggy back system. The smaller hull also doesn't need as much ballast to sink it like the newer boats with a wider beam.

Ok one more question if you had two 750lb sacs to use on top of stock ballast where would you put them for the best wake? We are thinking in the bow and right in front of the rear seat.
