Riders choice awards HELP

Why are the names random. It is too hard to find people. Please order them by first or last name. There is no way I can search that many names for each category looking for the rider I want to choose.

They were sorted alphabetically by last name for me.

if you start typing their first name relatively fast, you'll go to that name

They were ordered by last name, but I just changed it to be ordered by first name to make it easier. That way you can just start typing their name and it should pop up.
