I was planning on going to the stop in Fort Worth in a few weeks, but had a few questions for you guys. First, what happens on the Friday of the competition and what time (if there is anything)? Second, what time does competition start on Saturday and Sunday? And lastly, is there anything that you should bring except some chairs and stuff to eat and drink?

Don't forget Sunscreen. ... and typically they won't let you in with coolers.

PS If you can snag a running order, ( below the Announcer stand) it will make the day more interesting. Friday is usually a long day!
Also - extra batteries for your camera - can't buy any at the stop.
Lastly, if you're looking for autographs, bring a Sharpie - it will make things a lot easier . Don't be shy about stopping any of the riders and asking for autographs/pictures. They are all very accomodating. Good Luck and I'll probably see you there.

Some sites let them in - others don't. Size doesn't seem to matter. But try emailing Mel for DFW info.

Here's the low down....

Pricing:
$10 for adults
$5 for kids 6-12
5 and under free
Cash or check ONLY (checks are made out to World Sports & Marketing)

Re-Entry:
There is re-entry, please please please do not leave the site without getting your hand stamped!

Dogs:
They typically do NOT like large dogs in the event area. But, if someone has a large dog with them I will let them know that dogs are not allowed and if they are asked to leave there will be no refund. **They must be on a leash**

Coolers:
NO COOLERS! It will piss off our inside vendor and I don't want to be yelled at! They sell food inside the event area (burgers, hot dogs, etc)

This is also a new site, therefore I do not know how parking will go. Bring some cash because at the other site they charged for parking.

Bring some cash! There are no ATM's inside on site.

Hopefully, that covered most of it. Any questions, let me know.

Please pass this along to any friends who might attend and who do not read Wakeworld.

I'll be seeing everyone there. I'll be the one with the black Sigma lens on my Canon 20d. I hope to meet some cool people over there.
