a simple solution...

Anyone have a simple solution to my problem--

1. I have a camera that shoots quicktime video (.MOV) files
2. I have a pc
3. I have tried Nero to do combine clips, etc. and it doesn't take tha format
4. Any low-cost solution for either new pc software to replace Nero or something to convert files to a usable format?

quicktime pro will let you edit the .mov files. It isn't the free version that came with your camera

is it the Quicktime 7 Pro on apple's website for $29.99? I read the reviews and they seem pretty bad...have you used it and will it work to edit .MOV files or convert them to something else I can edit in another program? Thx
