250 in lead under the front seat cushions, the stock front bag and custom FlyHigh bags in the rear lockers. And yes Chris they do like mid-ship and front weight...

Pop bags under the three front bow cushions work great in the 210, we carry 10 of them (400lbs.) that are easily moved around to dial it in depending on how many are in the boat, and where they are sitting.

Love the pop bags. I run 8 of them up front and then two ballast bags. One down the middle and one over the top of that. You can just see the one on top in the pic.

thanks for all the info. Im gonna try some more up front. Jay, how big are ur fly high sacks? Thats kind of the problem is that we dont have much room in the rear. Ive got skylon 280 lbs and I dont even think we can get them all the way full because of the stock tanks and the batteries.

Beware of major bow wash. 400lbs under bow seats and I need to stay very focused. Once I lost focus with messing with the stereo and took one right over the entire windshield. Not good for electronics.

1200 front, 800 back does the job nicely. I wouldn't add any to the rear before getting 700 or so in the front.
