Does anybody know of an email address of someone in their warranty department?

You would be better off calling them. From a few others that have sent emails into the warranty department, they do not get at them as fast. .02

My emails are usually answered within 24 hrs and most of the time in a couple of hours. but I would call them at 800-234-7547 first.

Hey Brett....what happened that you need warranty? Did you contact your local rep? I will see our rep tomorrow and will ask him

Its kind of frustrating I called CWB's warranty department and they said I need the original receipt. So I asked the guy on the phone about the warranty card I filled out when I bought the board and he said that it would be next to impossible to look it up that way. I always figured I was covered on warranty issues because the 1st thing I do when I make a new purchases is to fill out my warranty info and mail it in. I doubt I'll be able to find the original receipt. I just figured they established a database on their customers warrantys. Anyway, to answer your question SoCal, the board ripped open lenghth wise on the top deck. I screwed up landing a trick and my binding ripped clear off the board. The inserts that the binding plates bolt into were still on the binding plate but they ripped clean through the top glass of the board. There aren't any shops around here so anything I get is usually purchased online. I have no idea who my local rep would be.
