I purchased a used stainless steel Fly High Skylon from someone on this board. I don't have directions for installation but it looks pretty staight forward. Instead of using the bow strap and connecting to the tow eye, can I just use the cable and connect it to the lifting ring on the bow deck of my 89 Ski Nautique?
We barefoot a lot and have used it for single tows, but what about doubles or even triples?

there should be a rachet on the end of the line to tighten it down. I wouldn't pull more than one person w/ those pylons. According to th edirections you shouldn't be more than a 45 degreee angle form the baot when cutting.

Mine says something like no more than 250lbs. I assume they mean person wieght and not load.

i tie mine to the lifting ring no problems yet and would pull double wakeboarders.. if i were gonna do triples barefooting i think i would use a strap around the nose.

I used the lifting ring on my 94 Ski Nautique back in the day, but later heard that those rings are designed for vertical loads. Make sure the ring never gets loose.

We used to do this on our 94 prostar and it used to pull the pylon off the floor. We had to go and tighten it up after a day or riding. I would have it around the nose and not on the ring. Once we started to do that the pylon wouldnt get loose again.
