What board and bindings are these?

My friend just got a board/binding combo that was about $230. The board is white and blue with a dragon like thing on it. The bindigs are lace-up, mostly white with blue. The footbed is white also. Any ideas? He says the board is an Epic, but I can't find any Liquid Force board called the Epic. Any help is appreciated.

If he got it from a big chain store it might not be one that you will be able to find in any of the catalogs. Companies press boards specifically for the chains. You might have look at the shape/specs of the board and then do some research and find out what it is. If you look around, you can find some high end boards really cheap because of this, they will just have some crappy bindings on them.
