straightline handle - is there a warranty

I have a Straightline handle that I purchased about a year ago from a local shop. Now the very end is ripping where it connects to the main line. Does anybody know what there warranty policy is? Also does anyone know if you can just have the rope replaced? The actual handle is still in great condition.
