I just installed my ballast system on my Prostar 190 and I am extremely pleased. I will post pictures as soon as I can. However, does anyone else have the problem that their sacks don't want to drain? They fill fine and I am using blue waterbed adapters, but when I go to empty, the suction created sucks the sack around the hose and partially blocks the water flow. It only pumps out about half or 1/3 as fast as it pumped in. Any ideas? I'm using 2 Simer pumps, a Fat Boy and a Launch Pad Sofa and t-ing into the raw water. Thanks, Ty.

Ty, I got rid of the blue waterbed fittings. You can go to Lowes and look for the dark grey plastic hose fittings in the plumbing section. Get a 1" connector fitting that has the hose barbs on both ends. Stick one end in the fat sac and hose clamp it, then stick the other end in your 1" hose (assuming you used 1" hose) and hose clamp it.

To help with the empty problem, before you put the end in the fat sac, drill holes around the side, near the tip. This will give you more places to suck in water if the end or one side gets covered.

I've also read posts about people putting a short length of hose down into the fat sac, with holes all up and down the hose to do the same thing, just going further into the fat sac. I've never needed to do that, but that might be a better option for you given the description of your problem.
