Stain

Last summer I left a life jacket on the motor cover. It was in the sun and part of the decal melted to the vinyl. Any ideas on how to get it off?

i used this upholstry foam cleaner the other day called blue coral foam cleaner...idk how it will do on the life jacket stain but it got stains off my upholstry that i couldnt get off for the longest time so give it atry

Have you tried a Magic Eraser?

If part of the decal melted into the vinyl, reverse the process with heat gun.
