In my 02 Supra SSV my front ballast will fill up but will not empty. Does this mean the front empty pump is dead? Where is this pump anyway?
There is a pump right at the sac but I assume it is the fill pump because it was working to fill the sac. By the way should the front pump connect to the top or bottom hole?
