Ok so here is my dilemma. I bought so 06 Transits buy it now off of ebay on July 5th and they haven't arrived yet. Not only that, I've tried to contact the seller numerous times to get tracking info and he never replies to my emails. After selling my other bindings, I now am stuck with a board and no bindings. Wouldn't you think a seller provide a tracking number if one was available or at least respond to an email saying when they were sent?

P.S. Sorry for the vent, just frustrated

Perhaps the seller is out of town this week. Give them the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes. Though, if he can't provide a tracking number or other demonstrable proof of shipment, then seek a refund.

The strangest thing is is that I bought my board from him at the end of May and I had it in less than a week. I figured it wouldn't take too long to get the bindings either but apparantly he fell off the face of the earth or something.

I did use paypal so that's a good thing. You'd think with $20 for shipping he could at least get it to me in a week.

Ebay is ebay, did he say how long it would take to ship? If not, I think a window of ten business days is acceptable, although some say in their ad "Will ship in X days" and that is a different story.

I guess I don't mind that they aren't here yet. It's the fact that he won't respond to my emails and let me know what's going on that's frustrating. If I knew when they were gonna be here I wouldn't have any problems.

Looks to me like you're gonna be doing some wakeskating. Get a bit of grip tape and you're good to go.

How much feedback did the seller have?

Nothing worse than no communication IMO from an eBay seller. Did the auction say how it would be shipped? Because if it is by USPS, their tracking numbers are practically worthless, plus you'll have to go down to the P.O. and get it. I've had similar situations with purchases from eBay...no or very poor communication & then suddenly the item shows up, usually USPS. Give it another day or two but keep trying the email.

try threating negative feedback if you dont hear back from them that usually gets a response

The item number is 190005351181. Still no email or anything about shipping. How long do I wait before I contact ebay?

That's why you buy from your local shops, and some strange person online.
