I recently purchased my first board at Hot h2o. Since this is my first season and I'd only ever rode one other board, picking out bindings was difficult for me. After riding on my new board one time, I could tell that I loved the board, but hated the bindings that I had picked out. So, I took my board back in to the store and talked to Dylan about it. He was so great! He then let me switch them out for other bindings. I rode on the second pair the next day and absolutely loved them! So, a huge thank you to Dylan. Who says there is no customer service anymore? I sure found it!
p.s. I landed one hell of a jump(for me)that day!

Dylan is awesome. His shop is far away from my house but I only shop there. He goes above and beyond.........
