Just the note of beaching, don't know if my pic above(third post), but we always anchor out from the beach. You can seen the rope from the front and one of the two off the back. ALWAYS make sure I am at least 18" off the bottom at the most shallow point, usually 2'. Better safe than sorry.... Plus, even the most sandy area is still sand....which is like putting your boat on sandpaper.....just bouncing up and down....

As I look at all the pics, it looks like almost everyone else is following that same rule. Just looks tight....

Hi Rhett,
It was taken at a lake that's about halfway between Eugene & the coast. It's really small & gets chopped out if there's even 2 or 3 boats on it. I have yet to get any decent shots of the boat at any of our local lakes.
