question for grant

hey grant since you have some experience with i pods i wanted to see what you thought of this. i want to run a system like this ipod -->line driver--> eq --> amp.
i dont paticularly want to install a head unit. but if this scheme wont work then i guess ill have to. i am planning on running a pair of evids.

This question has been asked before. And Im sure someone here has done it.I havent done it so I dont know how it works for sure. So if they dont chime in this is how I would do it

run your Ipod into a line driver, and run the output from the line driver into a cross over/EQ send that signal to the amps you should be perfictly fine. The only thing missing is a remote for the amp's. You will need some sort of kick on, and you should be good .
