i was just checken out rixens website and theres a map that shows all the cables in the us and there was one in fort brag nc it said,has anyone heard of or seen this cable park? heres the link

and if you look under references and go to the u.s ull see it listed

it was the first cable park made in the u.s. but they took it down and used the cable system and everything for a different cable park. i dont know why they took it down though

Yeah, the cable was sold and the towers are at fort myers, FL now.

I used to go there quite often. There are so many rumors to why it was closed. I think it was before it's time. If it were there now it would be rockin and rollin!

how long ago was there a cable park in fort bragg?

I don’t remember how long ago it closed, but one of my friends (Josh Rice 2005 cable world champ) used to ride there. He said the cable was managed very poorly and went under. Mark Kenney used to ride there. I’m pretty sure the tribute video of him riding the cable was at NC

Hey, I know that guy Josh Rice from somewhere. Yeah, the cable was originally built for slalom skiers so it had a very low pull and there weren't any obstacles.

if true.

I would bet the guys at south town riders would know something about it.
