i had an experience yesterday that gave me an idea for a thread...post your odd/crazy/dangerous/whatever conditions you have rode in. i was on the water riding along when all of a sudden i (along w/ my family in the boat) noticed a large cloud start dropping down from some thunderstorm clouds moving towards our lake quicker than we thought. we kept watching it for several more minutes as it moved up and down and around, and as i rode into the dock and we got out of the water asap. come to find out awhile later it was a reported tornado not more than 2-3 miles from the lake moving straight towards the lake. no damage was reported, although we passed the county sheriff on our way back home as he was heading out to evacuate our lake!
ok, so maybe that wasn't all that interesting or whatever, but what has anyone else experienced?
