ok here we go.. I was going to download this last night... I am just too lazy to go through them all and re-size them for the boards. Here is a pic after the rider is coming back accross the wake. Picture is pretty crappy, but gives you and idea. The wake gets intimidatingly big... We run GG bag in the locker = 1000lbs (really around 1150) Run two of the normal front locker bags in the back at 650 lbs each. Wake plate at 1/4 Definitely bring the rope in. 65 - 75 feet seems the best. Move the people up by the driver or even in the front.

oh yeah... one thing to love about these boats is you can run that much weight at the flip of the switch and not have a single bag on the floor anywhere and still have tons of storage room...

That's what I'm talking about. I love getting in people's brand new 50-70K wakeboat to go wakeboarding and they're filling up a bunch of fat sacs manually, to get a big wake.

Nice pics. Really like the mostly white boats. Very classic. Stanfield, love your colors. Chris, I think you may need a 12-step program! Nice choices though! Love the 06 graphics! Man! You think for the price of these boats, they would all come with a swim step

a ps2 on a boat would have to be the stupidest thing ever. i mean who really cares about video games when you're on the water???? or even watching wakeboard vids, that's dumb too.

I don't know, I guess I'd have to say that I've always been pretty impressed by Marty's projects. We've tried a lot of things to keep my little one's amused while we are wakeboarding. A PS2 would probably come in pretty handy!

don't get me wrong, i love the excess. if it were up to me i'd have 4 boats, 6 cars, 3 houses, and so on. but putting a ps2 on the boat with a 10" screen... TOTALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BEING ON THE WATER why do we go on the boat for the day? oh yeah, that's right, WAKEBOARDING, to hang out with good friends or even those we simply share a common interest with, to have a few beers, to enjoy the great outdoors, to make the most of what little free-time we are alotted as humans, most importantly, TO GET AWAY FROM THE TELEVISION, COMPUTERS, AND MINDLESS DRIVEL THAT CONSUMES OUR LIVES. sorry guys, but there are somethings that don't belong on a boat. rant over.

Here we go again.. Let me explain why I have a Screen w/DVD and PS2 on my boats. #1) My boats are used not only for hardcore wakeboarding (thus the extra board racks, larger ballast bags and all of the other little extras that make a full day of wakeboarding on the water a memorable one), but they are also used for show. My boats (I say boats because I typically go thru 3-4 a year) are on display at the regional tournaments that we sponsor including the pro tour stop. They are also on display at the 2 Winter and 1 Summer Boat Shows. So when we are sitting at a Boat Show, Tournament or Festival when things are slow, its cool to hop in the boat and play some PS2 or watch a DVD to pass the time. When things are busy, it attracts attention to the boat. It was the coolest thing playing Jurassic Park at the Summer Boat Show, and watching the looks on people's faces when 8 tower speakers blast a roar from a T-Rex down the aisle. It also makes for great PS2 tourneys between those of us in the industry, both reps and pro riders alike, when we are at these events together. #2) The DVD player has a port where it accepts memory cards. When I teach clinics or private lessons, it is very cool to be able to shoot video or still frames and analize the footage in the boat, so the rider can see what he or she is doing correctly, and what we need to work on to progress. Also, the kids really look forward to the end of the lesson after the sun has set so they can huddle up and watch Pre Pop on the way back to the dock. #3) Some of us are on the water quite a bit. More than most people. A lot of wakeboarders think of water time as consisting of when the sun is up. We think of water time as consisting of when we are awake. We may do a lot of riding during the day, but we are also on the water quite a bit after dark. It is very cool to take a long cruise in the middle of the night with all of your friends and just relax. Just because its a wakeboarding boat doesn't mean that there has to be a rider behind it all of the time. It is also very relaxing to go out in the middle of the lake on a clear night with a full moon overhead and watch a movie with your girl. We also install a lot of screens w/DVD players on them for those parents that want to stay on the water but the kids are ready to come in. The parents can pop in a Scooby Doo Movie and usually buy them an extra hour or 2 on the water. The list can go on, because everyone uses their boat in a different way. Yes, quite a few people hate on the PS2 in the wakeboarding boat, but the other night when I was playing Tony Hawk with my buddy at 2 am while 3 others were carrying on a conversation in the bow about what trick they wanted to learn next, and 6 others were swimming off of the platform on the back of the boat, I couldn't help but smile. Now, lets see some more pictures of those Supras. McFly

tings00, that's not my boat thank god! It is however a 2005 gravity games edition like mine. So whats the story behind that one? Looks pretty bad, I can't even imagine how someone could rip the bow apart like that but the police line probably isn't a good sign

Hey... are you from around here... how do you know we call it chesterslue Best time of year is May long weekend to about the middle of June... after that the weeds start winning and prop starts losing. Thats when we pack up and head for Kalamalka Lake, BC, Canada (7 hour drive thru mountains). With the exception of Lake Powell... gotta be one of the nicest lakes in the world... I will get some "good" pics next time I go and post.

How are you guys liking your Model T (thats what I call the GG)? Did you get the settings figured out on your perfect pass? Hey check out the "my 2006 supra 21V" post... got any ballast, plate, rope length, boat speed, perfect pass set up tips? The start of the season I was riding plate down & no ballast. Now I'm full ballast w/ wake plate up. Looking to tweak my setup for more pop... I'm sure it has nothing to do with my technique KV

We've gotten all our pp settings figured out now. Turns out we had a faulty cable and it was fraying so we called Glenn and he met us on the lake and changed the cable right there at the dock. The service from those guys is great. We run full ballast and I like the wake plate 1/2 down at 65' ft and 22.5mph. I find the wake fairly steep with it wall the way up. Has anyone skied behind your boat? Everyone thats been behind ours has said that it has the best ski wake for a v-drive they have ever seen, also how many hours did you put on this year? We put on around 110.

Ya, Glen is awesome... very likeable guy. Service would get even better if they got rid of the Chapparell line or got a dedicated shop for Supra/Moomba. Pulled 1 good slalom skier and he was impressed with how flat the wake was. I'm not sure how long the rope was or anything... all I know was I was haulin ass across Chesterslue at 33MPH, plate down and no ballast of course. I managed to get 80 hours on my boat. See ya next year on the slue

Here are some 2005 Supra 22SSVGG and Kalamalka Lake pictures. Wife and daughter being very nice to me by taking me out for a 7:30 AM pull. Love the 2005 speaker/light bar combo. 12 year olds don't like to get out of bed this early. Love the silver inserts on the interior... very classy. Check out the gorgeous Kalamalka Lake water (about 150' deep right here). Just like being on the ocean. When the sun hits the water directly... the water colour becomes even more vibrant. Anyway... I'm out a here... you can have your post/thread back now. KV

I saw that crashed Supra coming in on 10/14. I don't know the whole story but from my understanding you shouldn't drink and drive! The 2 guys in the boat didn't really have anything to say and the Park Rangers told us not to worry about it.

Drunk is OK, stupid is OK and boats are great. All 3 are definietly entertaining by themselves, but... drunk and stupid on a boat... thats not a good combination. Last summer there were some clowns on the water who were boozed up and almost hit the guy I was taking for a pull. Later, I saw them slamming beers at the dock. Then, they set up shop beside us at the same camp ground, drank a whole bunch more, then started driving around in their truck. I had them kicked out for being serious world class losers. NICE! KV

bg, the simplest advice would be this. If you want a good V drive crossover boat (wake board & slalom)go with the 22SSV. If its just for wakeboarding, I would go with the 21V. Check out the "my 2006 Supra 21V" thread for some great pics of what a tweaked 21V can throw for a wake. Sick! Bang for your buck... ya can't beat a Supra.

Thanks Kevin, Thats what I was thinkin. The 21 is only 6" shorter and 5" wider and a lot deeper. I am goin on a Demo as soon as our dealer gets a nother 06' in. I can't wait. The inside of the boat is one of the nicest I have seen, and I love the seatin. I have seen the pics in the other thread and just looked at the wake pic the Diggs put up. It looks BIG!!!
