Moomba / Supra Light on tower

So I dont care if this is a dump question, but:

I have yet to pop up that light on the tower, I've tried a few times last summer and couldn't get it.. I forgot to ask the dealer last time I saw them... whats the trick?

Loosen the black plastic fastner located at the base of the bracket then rotate the light to the verticle position and re-tighten the fastner.
