I had a pair that the heal was crushed on I called liquid force and they were still under warranty so he sent me out the thicker footbeds cause they didn't have any of the thin ones. It was just hard to get the overlays streched back on cause the foot bed was taller. it worked out good but was time consuming. I like my bindings really tight so that also makes it hard to put them back together. My advice is to use longer screws to cinch down the wraps then replace them with the regular screws once you have them held down. That is the best way I have found. I have taken around 5 pairs of bindings apart to adjust them. If you have never done it you are in for a treat.
