Canyon Lake Tourny

Will there be a wakeskate event this year. I heard they were going to do it last year but did not. INT did it but the format was way off. They ran it just like wakeboarding 2 passes 8 tricks 2 falls, I think it should be 2 minute open, expression session.

As far as wakeskating goes, we have 2 things working against:

1. Time - We are usually ending the comp just before sunset, and trying to squeeze in another division would be really hard to make work.

2. Judging - We really don't have anyone that we would consider qualified to judge wakeskating.

With this on the table, anyone who wants to, can wakeskate in their division, however, the 2 pass or 2 fall limit applies. Hope this info helps - Jeff
