Fair price for Air Nautique???

hey guys,
whats a fair price for a 1999 Pro Air Nautique?
360 hrs
GT-40 engine
stock ballast and stock everything else.
Looks clean.

NADA is $21610. Whats a fair offer? Its listed at $26000.

IMO $26K is pretty steep. If you find a clean one, with low hours, 20 to 23K would be good.

NADA is a guide, and only a good place to start. It seems like a lot of boats price lower than NADA in the real world.

I have a 99 Pro Air with a Python engine (BB chevy) and we love it. IMO the DD handles much better than a V drive, and maintaining the engine is MUCH simpler. Down side is DD engine takes up room in the cockpit, and the wake is a little smaller, but you can ballast a Pro Air to get very close to a SuperAir (Vdrive). The other consideration is the tower type, is it the upgraded 2 piece tower (2000-03 style)? If yes, and the interior is in good shape, something around the $23K mark would be a good buy.
