That's Brady, right? Man he kills it. I think he's got more style than most of the pros out there right now. I love watching his section in Delta Sessions 2.

Evan,

Yes that's Brady and the guy straight up kills it ! Mike and Casey rip too and are both instructors for River Rats wakeboard camp.

Thanks for the pull Mike.

Brady is the most underated unkown rider period. I have been riding with him for years. Me him and Aaorn Aubrey were part of a group of North Bay guys. His knee and his fratenity have held him out of the lime light. His knee is good and no more fratenity so look out!!!!!

Well, I would rip too if I had guns like that to whip me around in the air! That dude is jacked. I've never heard of him but he looks to have a sick list of tricks in his bag.

Eubanks,

If You want a better look @ Brady You need to pick up the new DS2 video ! Lots and lots of great wakeboarding and no BS.

Here's a link to a great review Arun just submitted. http://wakeworld.com/getarticle.asp?articleid=791

Brady's section in Delta Sessions 2 is freak'n amazing. It is probably the most complete AND styling section in the video. At 6'-2" and 220LBs he is simple amazing. I have watched him for years and can tell you he is riding better than ever. I stand my ground and state that he IS the one guy on the west coast that can ride at the Pro Tour Level today and be very competitive. He has no sponsers and has to work to ride. Re-watch his section and you will be amazed. If you do not have the video - GET IT!

To truly see how amazing Brady is on the water you should have seem him at Wet Thursdays. Lets set the tone: They were towing the event with a Sea Ray, not a horrible wake but not a WAKE. The wake was small but firm and did give pop (says most of the riders). Who else under those conditions would throw a slim chance. Brady Does. and the rest of his run Killed it. Damn I wish I had my camera.

Oh and Brady says he will be at our event Saturday July 15th (DRA's Off the Point see event page), not sure if he is going to ride but he is one hell of a nice guy.

Your close Brian. It's a tidal saltwater river that goes from San Pablo bay up into Petaluma.

secret spot = rio harde?
Old    wakebmxer            07-15-2006, 10:23 AM Reply
Thats our secret spot and stay away!!!........ LOL. My indoor Ramp Park is 2 minutes from the boat ramp. We have been riding there for years to avoid the yahoos at the Lakes. Brady kills it!!!!! My apprentice Casey has steped it up too. I have been riding my bike alot so I need to step it up. Brady pumped me up and almost got my Tantrum to blind. I rode away with out the handle. Bradys tricks are comparable to almost anybody on the Pro Tour. He is a true River Rat. ANd he has been working out alot too!!!.....LOL

Sick pictures! On one of the photos I see it's very low tide and a rail set up in the back. Did you guyg build that?
Old    wakebmxer            07-25-2006, 3:27 PM Reply
Yeah we built it. We will have a rail Jam with the winch at Ramp Rats skatepark soon and a Bikini contest.

Waylon,
Mike and casey put the rail up but it's a little rough right now.

Walt, thanks for the other reply on my rope/length. Any good advice is appreciated! How does the salt water affect the wake boats? My dealer says I shouldn't take it out in salt, but if I did to flush it out with a fake-A-lake when I get home. Where's the Ramp Rats skatepark? I would like to check it out.
Old    walt            07-26-2006, 9:38 AM Reply
Paul,
Thank You.

Waylon,
Salt is really hard on a boat and I won't run mine in it but the river is five minutes from Mike's place so He goes for it. So I agree with Your dealer.

Ramp Rats is in Petaluma on LakeVille Rd.

Hey Walt, I'll be in Petaluma in late August, if I bring my board can I get a pull? haha!

bb12,

I keep My boat up @ Lake Pillsbury so if You don't mind driving up there I'd love to take You out.

When I ride here in Petaluma I've gone out with Mike in his boat.

I think I noticed it this year more than any other cause I am a little heavier than usual. If I lost 10 - 20 I would look like Brady. I have a big frame and the strength to handle it. Obviously being 5'8" and 150lbs. would be more ideal for wakeboarding but I wouldnt want to be that small. I think you just have to be strong enough and athletic enough to be big and go big!! My attitude is dont let ANYTHING stop what you really want to do.
