I use EZ Thumbnails...and it can do batch jobs. Search download.com, that's where I downloaded it from.

Macromedia Fireworks4 or Fireworks MX is a great batch resizer too! I have found it works a lot better then photoshop for this type of action.

...for those that have to resize more then 20 photos at a time!
