This exact pump came with my boat but one of the electrical wires is broken(came out of a coupler, can't get it back in), i have two fat sacs(500-600#s each). It is advertised as a fly high fat sac water pump.

http://www.buywake.com/catalog/detail.lasso?cat=8&man=Fly%20High&sku=FL_Ws5wLg621 w2x&-session=buywake:FB174D5690E2840B0F0E8F0E3D9DF335

I have three questions
1) Is this a decent pump, i can't find any details on it.

2) How should i get the wire back together, without risking shorting it out(the two parts of the wire that have connectors holding them together will be underwater, they are very close to the pump). Is there some special type of connector that i need to use to keep it watertight.

3) How do i use this pump, just connect it to the fat sac, drop the whole pump in the water and plug it in?

I can hook the wire up manually holding it in and the pump works fine.

Thanks for any help
