ok so I know about the hot tub wearing your binding, but does anybody else have something that works. need to stretch the top part of the tongue over the ankle. I was thinking a softball..?
what i do is i just put my binding slime in the top of mine when im not riding..i have ultras and they were really tight to get into and now they are broken it and are much better
i got a pair of 06 LF transit limiteds to try out and i love them expect they are way to tight around my toes i may have to try a soda can in the bottom
just remember if you wear them in a hot tub to strech them out make sure you spray them off with the cold hose before you go to pull them off... otherwize you take the chance of streching out the binding as you pull
Alright got them in super hot tub water with bottles to stretch them, I just hope that the XL doesn't turn out to be to large. I wear a size 10.5 and I put them on before the tub and I had bout the width of 2 fingers to the tip as with the Larges I had bout half a finger maybe a full finger width to the tip. My Alpha's are XL but of course the are from a different Co. When I tighened dowm the XL's (Murrays) I could move my foot a little but I think that is cause I slimed them pretty good.. What do you guys think?
i heat my bindings up super hot with a hair dryer, then slip my foot into it and keep heating it until it almost burns my foot. then i twist my foot around inside and get it all stretched out. after about 5 minutes of tweakin it with my foot i let it sit until the rubber has cooled with my foot in it. then im normally all good. sometimes it takes a couple times of doin it.
