is ballast really gonna help make my wake better? i want to get some bags but if it wont do that much then i dont see the reason why. i have a 2001 tige 21i if that helps. last year i did a demo with russ wilde behind his supra and the wake was just so much bigger than ours and he didnt even have that much ballast in. it was so effortless to do stuff behind his boat. also could u recommend any thing too? im looking at fly high fat sacs and my local dealer has them.

The hull and the taps system should help you out with that wake. You can add ballast in time but get use the boat first and see what comes of it. Another avenue to take is to register with http://www.tigeowners.com/forum and ask questions over there also regarding your boat. There are a few members with 21i's that will be able to help you out.

Ya go with the Fly high Fat Sac's, nothing can touch them, they are the best IMO.

If you want a bigger wake, you need lots of weight.

yeah man, some good weight never hurt anybody....unless of course you over weight it and your boat sinks...then of course that would suck, but i dont think you will have that problem...

Okay, I would suggest a 60% front 40% back weight proportion. Tige's are not like other boats and taking on more bow weight will be great for the 21i. How much weight? Well, don't sink your boat but put as much as you feel would be effective. Good luck.
