it will help get the boards off the floor of the boat and will help beginners more by pulling them up. As far as helping your skills, if you are beginner to intermediate don't look for it to help much IMO

We just put one on our boat and it is awesome. The boat has a lot more useable space!

As for riding.

I do pop out of the water much faster than before. I can jump higher but I believe i carry the height longer. i can go w2w with no effort. But the biggest plus for me is i feel like i can ride longer. I am a pretty tall guy and before the tower my back would hurt after awhile and especially later. perhaps, sense the tower is pulling me up i naturally have better posture.

What after-market towers do you like? New Dimensions looks like my favorite other than the price. What have people had success with?

it helps quite a bit, makes it easier to do almost everything, out odl boat didnt have one, and i learned to get up and jump like half the wake without it. and with it it makes it was easier to get up and do almost everything. my dad tried several time with out it. and he got up like 3rd try with it. its not necessary, but it does help alot

You will notice the difference for sure. I could go wake to wake behind our old fishing boat but when we got the bigger boat with a tower it was night and day.
