08 Mastercrafts

Anyone know what Mastercraft is coming out with for 08? I'm thinking about an x2 and I'm wondering if I should wait for the 08s incase something cool is coming out on them. Anyone have any insights?

if you go to MC's site and go to the build a boat you can see the '08 graphics. as for changes to the actual boats, I heard that they're replacing the X-30 with a pickle fork and they're making a 24 foot csx. Thats all I've heard so far. nothing on the x-2 yet.

X2 is the same other than the optional multifunction dash gauge

I heard a rumor they will be coming out with better/softer upholstry with more color options. ALSO, I heard there will be an option for a waterproof remote for the rider to change music and volume..... we'll see. I also heard the same on the guage package, digital.

color options yes, material no. How about the rider just rides. Whats next a waterproof blender so the rider can mix a nice Daiquiri while they are out.

They just transitioned away from the soft upolstry. The soft stuff never lasted as long.

I just use a beer helmet. No blender needed. I got a chin strap so it stays on if I fall or try an invert.

Thanks for everyone input. What is the difference in the gauges?

why do they put the cruise control system behind the wheel? Probably the most adjusted thing other than the radio, and you always have to reach around the steering wheel. I'm probably just too used to one of my speedos replaced with PP.

i just looked at their webiste, adn it looks to me like they dont make an x-30 anymore, maybe ium wrong, it sounds weird, maybe they just havent designed it or sumthin, i dunno

I had a chance to be out in an 08 x-45 this weekend and the only noticable differance is that computer dealy thing in the pic above. its pretty cool. really user friendly. When you turn on the boat it shows video and the picture quality is insane for something that small. i was expecting something simple and cheap but the video on it looks more like an ipod video screen as far as resolution. perfect pass being standard is great this year expecially with everyhitng being built into that computer. i was impressed im just wondering what it is going to do to the msrp of these boats. its getting pretty insane. i mean just look at an 06 x-1 vs. an 07. 40k for the 2006 and 48 for the 2007. and the only real noticable change was the tower. when will it stop. anyways the 08 models should be cool and i look forward to having more experience with them

The computer looks like the one Malibu had starting with the 06 model. Do they work the same?
