My GF got a board of off ebay, but there is a chip in the tail of the board. I do not think it will effect the board but still want to fix it a bit. What can be used to fix this?

The best stuff I've found for a ding like that is a marine epoxy called Marine Tex. About $10-$15 for the kit. It goes on like putty and can be sanded smooth once it sets. It comes in white, grey, black, and can be mixed with colored pigments if you want to get super obsessive, but the pigments are expensive for a single-time use. Do not use the quick-set Marine Tex, as it sets up a bit too fast.

You could use regular clear epoxy, but it doesn't lest as long and it turns yellow in the sun.
