I have a LF Venture 5.0 and an 06 XLV. We surfed yesterday with the left rear and center/front ballast full, the wake we were riding was decent but not what I'm seeing in pics here. We rode at about 10.5-11mph. I don't want to weight the boat to the point where it's unsafe. Any suggestions? Also, wake plate up or down?

I think idealy you are gonna want about 800-1000 up front and like 750 on the side in ballast. The fly high 750 sacks fit the side lockers well.

That's a nice wake entrust. What does your starboard wake look like?
