I was riding on saturday and sprained my MCL. I lucked out because it could have been a lot worse but now I want a brace to ride with and I was wondering what everyone else uses.

.....went and rehabed (grade 3 tear), weight lifting.......dont wear any brace. You shouldn't need one either and the instability that you feel, probably worst on saturday goes away quickly and you'll be back to normal. I was given a tensor type brace with slim metal bars in it , but it was more psychological than anything....it would't hold my knee together if it realy came down to it. So just do your rehab and strengthen and youll be good as new.

EVS Webs on both knees, they're awful but all I can afford. Go with CTI's if you can. They're amazing!!

I've been rocking the Asterisk Cells for about 4 years and love them.

The Aterisks are nice but they dig into my leg a little when they are tight. I have an off the shelf Cti as a backup.

Asterisks are good but I wouldn't get them if you rode everyday or close to it. They don't hold up to being in the water all the time. Once or twice a week I think they would be fine but the whole back lace thing fell apart after about 4 months of near daily riding. All the stitching came out, eylets ripped out, it was a horrible mess.

Velcro braces work better for wakeboarding in my opinion.
