You stated wb.com sucks. Ok... WHY? An argument is a claim followed with evidence. Your claim lacked evidence. Joe merely asked for evidence. The fact is most of these statements lack evidence.

Nothing can be accomplished in this thread. The whole focus is to either justify your preference of this site over the other or offend others who prefer that site to this site.

I remember a time when merely mentioning wb.com would get a post nuked. Funny how that all works out...

Gerald, that's a good idea. I generally don't like making windows less than full screen but that would certainly solve my problem.

It's just an opinion. Not a fact, so there is no evidence. This first person offended was Joe.

Look up at the real reason Ed was offended. Ed said, "WB sucks," and Joe personally attached Ed. From there, there was no chance of getting a reasonable explanation out of Ed because he was pissed. I'm not siding or defending anyone like you. I'm just looking at the history.

State your opinion any way you want. If you don't find someone else's opinion credible for lack of reason then disregard it.

This is a "discussion board." In order to have a discussion there must be give and take.

If this is being "attached" or attacked then the claim that the active members of this board are more mature should be questioned.

Throwing out terminating statements that are closed for dicussion inherently defeat the purpose of interacting on a discussion board. If I see an opinion that I feel is not credible, is it not my right to engage that individual in a discussion?

I have not attacked anyone so am I out of line with my post? Am I not allowed to interact by questioning the status quo?

Last time I checked there weren't any rules here for "DICUSSION." There are however more credible opinions made by providing supporting statements which Ed obviously did not. (I personally felt that the reasons had already been mentioned).

If Joe would have left it at "Why," he might have got an answer. But again...he was offended when Joe personally attacked him. Do you seriously not see that?

It seems like as soon as this thread was started there was a huge upsurge in wakeboarder.com user registration here at WW. This thread is sinking and there was that Tennessee Rawks thread too -- it's almost too much to take! Is WW regularly patrolled by mods? It doesn't seem nearly as regulated as many other forums out there.

This thread has turned into embarrassing and is probably a good reason for people to RUN to Wakeboarder.com forums.

Any sane and reasonable person can see that each of the forums offer something to wakeboarders. Obviously, there is a different crowd on each forum and that's what makes them great. If they were the same crowd, it would be lame.

Pat's a great guy that busts his butt to make that forum a home for a lot of people. If you don't like it, don't go. If you don't like this forum, don't go. It's as simple as that.

I don't know why all the hate has to come in just because people prefer different things.

People are different. Differences should be embraced, not hated.
