speaker cans anyone?

well i was in the market for some speaker cans for my tower, anyway after seeing the unbelieveable prices people charge for these i got in contact with an importer friend of mine. anyway she goes over to china and gets things manufactured and she told me she could get me some made for a very low cost. anyway i was wondering what people are paying for 6 and 8 inch cans, with and without clamps? if i can get them made for a good price i might just get like a thousand of them done and resell them over here. please let me know what is being paid so i can see if it is feasible. i have priced from dealers and stuff and they are several hundred dollars. i have heard of a guy raul that makes them but i have never been able to get a price from him or know if he still even does it. any help is appreciated, she is going back to china in 2 week so i need to know asap what the possibliltiys are.

I'd give you $100 for 2 8" cans. I'm not sure what everone else is doing.

Why give $100? Have some Chinese/Mexican/Taiwanese/etc. do it for 2 cents an hour.Thats what this guy & thousands others are doing. Great for the American economy! Maybe this is why we have a HUGE trade deficit.
