Malibu 09 Malivue?

Has anyone heard about there being problems with the Malivue dash? There seems to be a hold up on the delivery date of any of the 09 models with the new Malivue dash. If so does anyone know what the problem is?

These boats just started being built for production on July 1st. Have a little patience. Sure you get your photo shoot and test boats working but once production hits, there are unforseen problems.

From my experiences selling boats, do not order them right away. EVERY manufacturer has issues in the first month.

It has nothing to do with production problems, their vendor just can't meet demand

Malibu contacted me and explained that there are no problems with the Maliview, just waiting on parts to come in, which are expected this week. So question answered!

Larzon, that is a production problem in that they can't produce the boat. It's not Malibu's fault but again it is an unforseen production problem in that they cannot forecast properly when a vendor does not hold up their end of the bargain.

It didn't seem like there was a problem installing them when I was there. There were multiple Malivue clusters sitting ready to be installed:

I'm talking that there are no problems with the actual system.

I think we are on the same page. This is one reason why Malibu builds as much of their boat in house as possible.
