has anyone ever done or heard of cutting out the bow to make a open bow. is this to much work? im trying to find a open bow ski boat to convert into a wakeboard boat for under 10 grand and im getting a little impatient. any suggestions?

I suggest you remain patient. I have seen quite a few open bows for sale that are already set up for boarding in your price range. If you try opening up the bow you may sacrifice the integrity of the hull!

This guy converted his closed bow response. I think theres a kit for this though and the responses are the only boats I've ever heard this being done with. Its also worth noting the bow is not a walkthrough. Interesting though.
