posting pictures

I was wondering if someone could tell me how you are able to post pictures because I could help alot of people out if I knew how.

Click on upload attachments

. Then browse to find your pic. Then double click on it. Then hit upload and your done.

You have to resize them so they are no larger then 1000 pixels in any direction and not over 150kb in size.

How do you make them not over 150kb?

Open the picture in paint, and resize it using the 'stretch/skew' feature. Save it, and upload it.
