Myself and 4 mates want to do a 2 week wakeboarding tour starting in Norfolk and ending up in Loch Etive in Scotland .We will be towing our own boat, Ideally we would like to plan our trip and stop off at some great locations. we will be camping! has anyone done this before ? we would be greatfull if anyone can tell us some great places to board and camp all the way up to scotland..

Which waterways have you intended so far to drop the boat in? Its very slim pickins

So far we are going to Offaxis, Glanafon Garage,
Lon Engan, Abersoch,
But we want to find some where between norfolk and the above address so are looking for some where in the Midlands and that's it so far so if you can be of any help please let me know.????
Where do you wakeboard Kristian ??

Don't mind where we go, we just want to try some new places on our trip and meet some new people/wakeboarders so if you can suggest some where that will be great

Ross. Take lots of pics I would really like to see a journal of your trip around England.

I personally haven't ridden in England in years as I usually only pop in in the winter (and a series of badly timed injuries in recent years). but now there's a cable in cirencester I would really like to hit up next time I'm back.

Ross, not sure of any places you can just turn up and ride in your own boat in norfolk, most of the lakes are members only. if you wanted to meet up with fellow boarders in norfolk there is Teamdread slider league competition at pentney lakes on the 23rd August. This open to any one who wants to enter and I believe mastercraft are bringing a boat down for the comp. i also know the club that use the lake are doing an open day for people to try watersports.
