Here's my first post with the new 20D. I have a lot to learn about photography and this camera. The camera rocks.

Is there a way to insert an image without uploading it like you can on wakeboarder.com?

The camera looks like it is serving you well. How many FPS can it do?

It does 5fps. The specs say it will do 23 frames in a burst but I'm getting 36-40 using Lexar 80x 1GB compact flash. I've also seen people posting that they've done 50.

Wow the burst is more than my camera. I can only do 28 in a row. I am still waiting until they produce one faster, then I will be buying a new camara.

I bet it eats that 1GB for breakfast too. How are the batteries holding up? My camera eats batteries like mad, thank goodness for rechargables.

I shot about 240 pics and I still have 75% of my battery left. I thought I'd read on dpreview or somewhere that you will get around 275 pics from but I'll be able to get much more than that. Since you couldn't get 275 on a 1GB card I thought that a 1GB would be fine. Switch battery and flash at the same time...time to buy a couple 2GB cards.

what lens size are you using for those pictures?

The lens I used is the Canon EF75-300mm f4-5.6 III USM Zoom Lens. I bought the camera kit that has the 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 but that lens is more for around the house shots.
